	<description><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://helenleungyp.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=34645&amp;resource=1490366-IMGP5945.JPG"><img src="http://helenleungyp.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=34645&amp;resource=1490366-IMGP5945.JPG&amp;mode=medium" border="0" alt="Picture" hspace="5" vspace="5" /></a></p><p><font size="3">最近收到一個電郵，說現在有一個方法只要五分鐘，便可以煲到一個</font><font size="3" color="#006633"><a href="http://hk.youtube.com/watch?v=mTt-9mBU5So" target="_blank">軟綿綿的白粥</a></font><font size="3">，主要是先把米洗好，跟著放在冰箱內雪三十分鐘，然後放在已煲滾的熱水內，五分鐘後，便可以煲到一個白粥了．<br /><br />我今天就試試，但卻不成功，煲了十分鐘還是水還水，米還米的樣子，後來只好繼續煲下去，最後煲了廿多三十分鐘，才煲好了這個瑤柱南瓜甘筍粥，我想失敗的原因，可能是冰箱不夠凍，把米雪得不夠凍，又或許是我除了放米，還放了其他材料的影響，我下次還是要再試試看．</font></p>]]></description>

	<description><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://helenleungyp.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=34645&amp;resource=1453317-IMGP5883.JPG"><img src="http://helenleungyp.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=34645&amp;resource=1453317-IMGP5883.JPG&amp;mode=medium" border="0" alt="Picture" hspace="5" vspace="5" /></a></p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><font size="3"><span style="font-family: 新細明體">早前因為這部機械人吸塵不能用</span><font face="Times New Roman">Full Go</font><span style="font-family: 新細明體">這個功能，所以拿了去檢查，未用過這部機的人未必明白甚麼是</span><font face="Times New Roman">Full Go</font><span style="font-family: 新細明體">，其實這是一個自動吸塵的功能，如果啟動了這個功能的話，當它</span><font face="Times New Roman">charge</font><span style="font-family: 新細明體">滿電之後，會自動從</span><font face="Times New Roman">charge</font><span style="font-family: 新細明體">座走出來吸塵，它應該約八至十小時便會滿電，我就發現它的顯示燈長期顯示</span><font face="Times New Roman">charging</font><span style="font-family: 新細明體">，一直是未滿電的顯示，所以這個功能不能啟動，其他功能則正常操作．<br /></span></font><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font></p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 新細明體"><font size="3">後來拿了去做檢查，我雖然用了它幾天便發現有問題，但這個星期我很掛著它，因為它真是一個好幫手，吸塵吸得不錯，米粒都可以吸到，可以省回不少自己吸塵的時間<img src="http://f5.wretch.yimg.com/helenleung/1/1149242108.jpg" border="0" />，吸塵時它的聲浪不自算太大，可以一邊吸塵一邊看電視．<br /></font></span><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font></p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><font size="3"><span style="font-family: 新細明體">今天打電話去代理商查詢，職員說報告剛收到，她解釋說這部機出現的問題，是因為變壓器的電壓是</span><font face="Times New Roman">230-240V</font><span style="font-family: 新細明體">，而香港的電壓是</span><font face="Times New Roman">210-220V</font><span style="font-family: 新細明體">，所以令到</span><font face="Times New Roman">charge</font><span style="font-family: 新細明體">座的顯示器長期顯示</span><font face="Times New Roman">charging</font><span style="font-family: 新細明體">，未能啟動這個功能，現在公司會訂過一批適合香港電壓用的變壓器，但要兩星期後才到港，我可以繼續使用這部吸塵機，有新變壓器時再通知我，她還說有些地區因為電壓有偏差，所以可以用到這個功能，另外一些地區則出現問題，我問過幾個網友，原來她們都沒有用</span><font face="Times New Roman">Full Go</font><span style="font-family: 新細明體">的</span><span style="font-family: 新細明體">功能，她們是調較時間來叫機械人出來吸塵，而代理商的職員也說，她家中也有用這部吸塵機，但也沒有用這個功能，這部吸塵機是今年二月才在香港發售，所以暫時還未收到這樣的投訴．<br /><br />現在機械人正差電中，很快又可以出來吸塵了．<img src="http://f5.wretch.yimg.com/helenleung/1/1149242119.jpg" border="0" /></span></font></p>]]></description>

	<description><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://helenleungyp.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=34645&amp;resource=1482703-IMGP5923.JPG"><img src="http://helenleungyp.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=34645&amp;resource=1482703-IMGP5923.JPG&amp;mode=medium" border="0" alt="Picture" hspace="5" vspace="5" /></a></p><p><font size="3">早前和幾個同事訂了一酲花雕酒，它的味道很香濃，和在市面買到的很不同，我覺得用超市買的花雕酒做出來的餸菜，會有點苦味，但這個則沒有，味道真是很香，如果好飲酒的，一定會很喜歡，但我只愛用它來做餸，昨晚做了醉雞，今晚用剩下來的花雕酒再浸醉雞翼，可能因為已有一段時間沒有吃雞的關係，所以這幾晚不經意地都吃雞做晚餐．<br />材料：　雞翼一磅        魚露1湯匙        花雕酒一碗        冰水和冰粒適量<br /><img src="http://helenleungyp.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?resource=675861-cat-2.gif" border="0" width="99" height="94" />做法：<br />1.  雞翼先浸鹽水去雪味<br />2.  煲滾熱水，放入雞翼煮15-20分鐘至熟<br />3.  把雞翼放入有冰粒的凍水內<br />4.  待雞翼全凍後用紙抺乾<br />5.  把魚露和花雕酒混合，放入雞翼<br />6.  放入雪櫃雪凍，間中拿出來翻一翻雞翼，使其入味．<br />7.  浸數小時後便可享用．<br /></font></p>]]></description>

	<description><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://helenleungyp.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=34645&amp;resource=1470424-IMGP5901.JPG"><img src="http://helenleungyp.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=34645&amp;resource=1470424-IMGP5901.JPG&amp;mode=medium" border="0" alt="Picture" hspace="5" vspace="5" /></a></p><p><font size="3">每次去日本旅行，酒店的早餐多數有納豆，日本人很喜歡吃，它對腸胃很好，亦很有益，但我以前卻覺得無比難吃，怪怪的味道，可是Louis卻吃得津津有味，上月去日本時，我就要再試試它的味道，怎知道一試之後，一點都不覺得難吃，真不知道為甚麼口味會有這樣的改變，回港後，上星期在日本百貨公司，還買了幾盒回家，看看和日本的有沒有分別，吃過都差不多，那麼我以後可以吃多一點了，還有我是不愛吃苦瓜的，我也想買來試一下，會不會現在覺得好吃呢？</font></p>]]></description>

<title><![CDATA[麵豉醬炒青蘋果豬肉]]></title>

	<description><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://helenleungyp.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=34645&amp;resource=1463885-IMGP5900.JPG"><img src="http://helenleungyp.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=34645&amp;resource=1463885-IMGP5900.JPG&amp;mode=medium" border="0" alt="Picture" hspace="5" vspace="5" /></a></p><p><font size="3">今天按免費報紙的食譜，弄了這個炒豬肉，食譜是用黑豚肉，但黑豚肉很貴，所以我改用了美國穀飼無骨豬扒來做，我只用了食譜一半分量的糖份，也覺得很甜味，而日本麵豉醬的分量也不少，味道都幾濃，下次把味道調較得淡味一點，會更好吃，我用陶瓷刀來切青蘋果，不用浸水蘋果也不會變色，因它可以有抗氧化的效能．</font></p><p><font size="3"><a href="http://helenleungyp.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=34645&amp;resource=1463888-IMGP5897.JPG"><img src="http://helenleungyp.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=34645&amp;resource=1463888-IMGP5897.JPG&amp;mode=medium" border="0" alt="Picture" hspace="5" vspace="5" /></a><br /></font></p>]]></description>
